"From the ceremonial chambers of the lizard temples the Lizard King is preparing a ritual to heal the ill prince. They, whose worship of the moon shapes every aspect of their existence, live in a sprawling reptilian civilization, where ancient rituals, primal instincts, and majestic landscapes intertwine. Their civilization and their world are called Lizarmen, and woe betide anyone who dares to call them anything else."

This mesmerizing album invites listeners into the mystical world of the Lizardmen. Into the rituals, myths, and profound connection that they have with the celestial body that graces their nocturnal skies.
As we delve deeper into the secrets of the realm, the music swells with tension and anticipation. Through a tapestry of ethereal melodies and hypnotic rhythms, we discover the essence of the Lizarmen's culture. Each track serves as a musical invocation, drawing listeners deeper into the moonlit realms where the Lizardmen hold sway.

The original idea of this project was to improve skills in the particular chiptune style of music to apply it in future soundtracks, but as always, all this evolved into a more deep thematic and form-driven concept composition that made 16 tracks and more than one hour of music.

Each track embodies a different facet of Lizarmen's culture and environment. Stories, places, and situations of this strange place are told with a couple oscillators in a "chiptune-ish" style. Hope you enjoy this trip!
For me, I really enjoyed the writing process and to this day I am extremely happy with the result considering it was my first album.
